Having some years ago
purchased a property through CDS Properties and on being so pleased with the service they provided it made common sense to use them once more for our recent acquisition.
Adam was able to recommend suitable locations, which in his opinion more than matched our criteria and despite us being ‘remote’ buyers, using his long established contact base he sourced preferential viewings on a number of properties of potential interest.
Similar to our earlier purchase Adam has provided much needed support throughout the entire exercise and has continued to remain in constant contact some months after us acquiring the Villa assisting us with such things as the sourcing of suitable tradesmen and other issues that have presented themselves.

We decided to buy our property in Costa del Sol

Hi Adam,
For many years my wife and I had a dream to purchase an apartment around Marbella, rent it for couple of years and move in it when we retire.
In the fall of 2014 I started an extensive online property search and establish communication with several agencies regarding their listings.
Adam from CDS Property was one of several brokers who expressed interest in working with us. I noticed that he was the one who really listen to me, understood what we were looking for and started sending me only properties that matched our criteria.
We met Adam in early January, 2015 when we arrived in Costa Del Sol with the intention to see as many properties as possible, get to know the area and orient ourselves in the market.
He was one of three realtors showing us around but he stood out with his relax and friendly attitude, good sense of humour and extensive knowledge of the market place.
When we got back home he continued to send us regularly new properties until one night in February he called us with a very hot listing, that was exactly what we were looking for, had not been published yet and told us that we have to act right away, if we don’t want to lose it.
He showed us pictures that he personally took, we had long conversation and because we trusted him we placed the deposit and now we own the place.
It was big leap of faith that paid off for us. Adam helped us with the mortgage, the closing, later with the renovations and has stayed in touch with us ever since, becoming a very good and trusted friend.
We would like to wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone who wants to purchase the property of their dreams on CDS with the help of a trusted and reliable advisor and friend on the ground.
